Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send the item you want to exchange and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
