Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene concerns, clothing items are non-returnable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact us at info@treasurecoastsupplies.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled just like returns. We will send your exchange once we receive the original item.
